The Madera District Fair is the home of the Madera Fair, the
Madera Speedway, a large
Flea Market and Swap Meet that occurs every Wednesday and Sunday, and the
Good Times Quarter Midget Racing Association. For more information on any of these, please follow the links above.
The Madera Fair also provides facilities that can be rented for parties, concerts, trainings, conferences, camping groups, etc We can just about host anything you might be planning! With easy access from Hwy 99, Madera Fair is the perfect location for your next event. For large festivals, grounds events, public events, dog shows and events of this nature, please complete the
EVENTS PROPOSAL FORM and send it by email to barbara@maderafair.com
ALL hall rentals include our standard equipment package: tables (your choice of 8' banquet or 72" rounds), chairs, and bar(s). Hatfield Hall has 2 bars, and all other halls have 1. Set-up is also included with rental.

EVENTS. HALL TOURS: Monday-Thursday, from 9 am to 4 pm.
RENTALS: To reserve a date and venue, please call the office, 559-674-8511 or come in to check availability, M-F 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Upon availability, we will temporarily hold the date and venue permitting you 4 business days to make the rental deposit and required insurance payment to secure your reservation. We will not allow reservations sooner than one (1) year from the desired rental date. Rentals are on a first come, first serve basis, unless the date is held for an annual renter or held for the Madera Fair use. To reserve a venue, 50% of the rental fee is due at time of reservation along with the special event coverage fee.
