The Madera District Fair provides rentals for parties, weddings, quinceaneras, trade shows, concerts, dog and livestock events and just about any gathering you can think of! Lumbertown has quickly become the image of Madera District Fair with it's iconic water wheel and period representation of Madera Sugarpine Lumber Company. With all of the warm charm only an open air, barn type venue can provide, Lumbertown may be just the location for you! *There are multiple factors in determining Lumbertown's availability, due to it's proximity to our regularly rented halls (Hatfield and Home Arts), events in Lumbertown are most successful when it is the only party on the grounds! In addition, during Madera Speedways race season, the rumble of the track can really be heard and felt in the barn. Lastly, the barn does not have a kitchen, making that hurdle of food services just a little more complex in planning your event. RENTALS: In order to reserve a date and venue, please call the office, 559-674-8511 or come in to check availability, M-F 8:00a.m.- 4:30p.m. Upon availability, we will temporarily hold the date and venue permitting you 4 business days to make the rental deposit and required insurance payment in order to secure your reservation. We will not allow reservations sooner than one (1) year from the desired rental date. Rentals are on a first come, first serve basis, unless the date is held for an annual renter or held for Madera Fair use. In order to reserve a venue, 50% of the rental fee is due at time of reservation along with the special event coverage fee.
