The Commons Shopping Center is a unique partnership between the Newman Development Group and the 21A District Agricultural Association (better known as the Madera District Fair). This partnership has provided Madera District Fairgrounds with needed revenue for future development and upgrades to it's facilities. In addition, The Commons at Madera Fair has become a viable retail, dining and service hub benefiting the community. It's opening has certainly aided the healthy growth Madera County is experiencing.
