VENDOR InFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Madera District Fair, the fair is FUN and we want you to be a part of it! We have an attendance of over 53,000 at the annual Fair with patrons who visit 25+ different food booths, 38+ outdoor information and vendor booths, and more than 50 indoor spaces where vendors both sell items and distribute information to fair-goers.
A few notes for INDOOR and OUTDOOR COMMERCIAL VENDORS:
If you have your own insurance or belong to the CSFA Master List, please send in by July 15, 2025!
FOOD CONCESSIONS WILL NEED TO SUBMIT Madera Co. Health Department Application and pay additional fees.
Indoor spaces will have Pipe and Drape included.
Outdoor spaces will require proper tents with Fire Marshall approvals. We have 10x10 tents available to rent for $100.
