Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Madera District Fair, the fair is FUN and we want you to be a part of it! We have an attendance of over 53,000 at the annual Fair with patrons who visit 25+ different food booths, 38+ outdoor information and vendor booths, and more than 50 indoor spaces where vendors both sell items and distribute information to fair-goers.
A few notes for INDOOR and OUTDOOR COMMERCIAL VENDORS:
• Rental Spaces include CSFA Insurance. If you have your own insurance or belong to the CSFA Master List, a discount on the rental space will be given, Please refer to the insurance section of the application.
• Indoor spaces will have Pipe and Drape included.
• Outdoor spaces will have Special Tents provided, that is included along with set up and tear down. If you have your own tent or trailer, and it is approved by fair management, a discount will be given!
